We loved our stay at Roas. The view from our room was breathtaking every time we saw it. Only criticism would be the repetitive breakfast of Turkish breakfast, a little more al carte options would have been great. Shout out to Sokran who made sure we had everything we needed at all times

We stayed for 6 nights at Roas. A family of 4 with two teenage girls. The hotel is small yet has everything you need. The view from the restaurant was beautiful. The grounds clean and pleasant. The family room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the bay. The bathroom was small and needs updating. What we appreciated the most was the helpful staff, especially Ahmet and Lucky. They were wonderful and very helpful. Offering useful tips on where to go. They made us feel at home and very familial. The room was cleaned everyday. The hotel is on a hill, only 5 minute walk to the beach. We liked this because it was away from the noise of the beach front where there are lots of hotels, restaurants and bars. Yet conveniently located. Lucky showed us where we could get a bus to Bodrum which took only 15min to the town centre. And instructed on price and how to get back. It was easier than expected. We ended up going to Bodrum 3 times by bus. All in all, a wonderful stay made even more special by the lovely staff at the hotel. Thank you

Roas was a nice place to stay a short 15 Min drive from Bodrum. The bedding and breakfast was on point. Apart from the restaurant staff, I found the customer service was non existent. No warm welcome, no good morning.. Car parking can be difficult late at night as the spots are shared. Charging for Turkish coffee, I thought was a bit rich with breakfast, especially because I couldn't charge the room and wasn't carrying my wallet to breakfast. All in all, a nice place to sleep, and have breakfast, not much else. Also beaware there are no ramps, everywhere you go, there are steps. So you are carrying your suitcases upstairs

Our stay at Roas Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and professional, polite service from every single staff member. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views of the sea. There’s a lovely pool on-site, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Along the beachfront, you’ll find charming shops and restaurants that add to the relaxing atmosphere. I’ve traveled to many cities and islands across Turkey and stayed in various beautiful hotels, but Roas Hotel has been the best hotel experience I’ve had in Turkey so far. Special thanks to the incredible staff , Han, Polat, As, Serkan, and a very respectful gentleman who worked the night shift (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). Every one of them went above and beyond to help us and made us feel truly welcome. One of the most important things to highlight is that all the staff speak English very well, which made communication easy and stress-free. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and always spoke to us with kindness and respect. We’ve already decided that we will return to beautiful Bodrum and without a doubt, we’ll be staying at Roas Hotel again. Highly recommended 🥰❤️

Lovely Hotel with Stunning Views of the Bay

A fabulous hotel situated on an elevated position in lovely quiet Bitez, with stunning views across the bay. All hotel staff were professional, friendly and approachable. Breakfast in the beautiful airy and bright restaurant was lovely, also with full view of the bay. Our room (suite) was very spacious, clean and modernly furnished. The bed was possibly the comfiest I've ever slept in. Bus stops within 5 mins walk from hotel. Restaurants, bars and supermarket all close by. Loved travelling into Bodrum and back by 'dolmus.' These little buses even stop if you're not at a bus stop. Our first time in Turkey, absolutely loved it! Would definitely recommend 'Hotel Roas.' Thank you to all the staff, for making our first visit to Turkey so memorable. We will definitely return to 'Hotel Roas.'

Perfect location, 5min walk to the beach and then nice to check out bitez! Not too far from Bodrum and the hotel called a cab for us and was all seamless. Beautiful view, too!

The hotel is located in a residential area and is not close to restaurants or shopping. The hotel is on a hill, and rooms are located in two buildings with no elevators. Therefore, you have to drag your bags from the reception to the building and them up the stairs. We had a car, so we didn't have a problem with transportation. However, if you don't have a car this is not the hotel for you.

Great stay for the money paid!!

Hotel very good. Great view from our room. Staff were very good and nothing to much trouble. Bed super comfortable. Could have done with a bit more care from the cleaners as found to many hairs on the floor in bathroom and furniture on the balcony.
