This hotel doesn’t deserve a 4-star. The food is very bad. The only thing i liked about this hotel is the beach in front of the hotel and the location.

The stay was pleasant and the staff was ok. AC in the room was inadequate to maintain the temperature of the room. Though the location was nice but finding it wasn't easy even with google maps. Need more signages to direct.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at the hotel. It's a beautiful place with lovely people and very smooth service. Everything was very clean, and I felt incredibly welcomed. The room view is mesmerizing, and the beachfront is great. The area's landscape is breathtaking, making it the perfect place if you love calm and beautiful scenery.

Pros: All inclusive food was pretty good. Location was nice. Cons: Room furniture, beds and the general condition of the infrastructure were bad. Waited for more than 2 hours at check in. Dirty dishes and trash left outside the rooms stayed in the corridors for more than a day. The restaurant/pool area was clean and nice but there was a case of overstaffing regarding untrained waiters who swooped every minute to take away your dirty dishes and cups before you were even done with them. This was super annoying and detracted from a peaceful dining experience.

I stayed one night at this beautiful beachside hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right by the sea, with stunning views and relaxing vibes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Even though it was a short stay, everything from the service to the atmosphere made it memorable. I’d definitely love to come back for a longer visit!

Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Aile odasında kaldık, oda temizliği iyiydi. Oda 1+1 ebeveyn banyosu ve balkonu olan ev standartlarındaydı. Sadece otelin yemek havuz gibi genel hizmet bölümlerine uzak ve asansör yoktu. Havuzu kullanan çocuklarım kulak iltihabı oldu. Yemek çeşitliliği az, çok lezzetli değil ama açta bırakmaz. Havuz ve sahildeki şezlonglar, yemek masaları yetersiz kaldığı için genel olarak bı kovalamaca oluyor. Oteli yemek barınma ve kısıtlı bar hizmeti veren bir işletme olarak değerlendirmek gerekiyor ve buna göre plan yapmanızı öneriyorum. Tatilimiz boyunca bunların dışında herhangi ekstra etkinlik veya hizmet almadık.

Gider gitmez odamızda sorunlarla karşılaştık duş kabının kapakları yoktu fön makinesi bozuktu buzdolabı sogutmuyordu her taraftan böcekler çıkıyordu paslı kirli rutubetli bir odaydı çocuğum mikrop kapacak diye çok korktum dişlerimi bile fırcalayamadım sular kokuyordu pas kokuyordu resepsiyonda çalışanlar ve restoran da çalışan bir iki kişi dışında sanki zorla çalışıyorlar gibi bir tavır içinde olan personeller vardı . Eski adı costa olan bu otel şimdi isim değiştirmiş ancak başka bir şekilde yenilenmeye girmemiş durumda eski olsun ancak temiz olsun maalesef o da yok kısacası personelin tavırlarından temizliğe kadar her şey berbat
