I had stop visiting this hotel due to terrible conditions under the old management. Under the new management, all levels of service have drastically changed for the better. I especially enjoyed the great service of Maria and Veronica by the beach. I also recommend the daily buffet with excellent choices. The two restaurants need major improvements.

Overall, everything was great, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff, especially Liliana, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The only issue we experienced was that the electricity went out every night, about 3 to 4 times. Each outage caused a lot of noise when the power came back on, which made it very difficult to sleep. It would be a great improvement if the property had an emergency backup power system for guests to avoid these repeated interruptions during the night. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service from the staff.

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. La limpieza del cuarto fue terrible y el baño siempre tenía mal olor. Los aires acondicionados no enfriaban bien, lo que hizo la estadía bastante incómoda. En el buffet, la mayoría del personal atendía con mala actitud y parecía molesto, por lo que el servicio dejó mucho que desear. La comida sí estuvo buena, ese fue uno de los pocos aspectos positivos. En la piscina, cuando se acababan las bebidas, no las reponían y al final tuvimos que pagar un upgrade para obtener una habitación con un aire acondicionado que funcionara mejor. En general, esperaba una experiencia mucho mejor.

After a long journey, you want to arrive and have your room ready; while check-in is officially at 3:00 PM, I have stayed at other properties in the Dominican Republic where the room was ready the moment I arrived. Here, I had to wait nearly three hours for it to be finished. The air conditioning didn't cool the room effectively—it barely stayed cool, even after maintenance checked it—so I didn't need to use sheets to cover myself at night. Finally, the mattresses were extremely stiff or hard—so much so that they were uncomfortable.

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

Les personnes sont très gentilles l'habitation très propre la nurriture excellente les piscines très propre a tout les jours la chambre est netoige j'ai apprécié du chocolat qui donne le soir merci a tous on a bien disfrute notre vacance si Dieu nos permite l'année prochaine On retournerons.

This is a wonderful villa for family and friends. The villa looks much better in person. The sea decoration gives the vacation vibe we all need. We stayed for one night only with and the kids loved the pool.
