Room smelled musty. Facet handle constantly falling off. Doors opening and creeping. My allergies were on fire in that room. Dirty carpet. Stained towels. I will never stay there again.

The water didn't drain from the tub when taking a shower, the Continental breakfast was only cereal (no knowledge of how often it is change, didn't look like other enough), muffins, hard bagels, juice; it was not the usual Continental breakfast, asked for more towels and was asked why I needed extra towels (we had a 2 night stay), anytime reception, had to call, the shower liner was mildewed and the shower head was dirty

What a great find in Blue Ridge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, our room was very clean and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

Well first of all my husband went in to use the toilet and lifted up the lid and it fell off. The tv changer didn’t work unless you stood right in front of the tv. The light on the table had no knob to turn off/on so it had to be plugged in and out. The carpet along the baseboards were filthy. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, plain bagels, one variety of yogurt, wrapped muffins and so so tasting juice.
This was the condition of the lampshade on the lamp that had to be plugged in/out to use.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Location is very good. The beds are not bad but linens and bathrooms need an urgent update. Breakfast could be much better with little effort / $ .

The room was in good condition but it was dusty and dirty. The baseboards and floor corners obviously weren’t cleaned nor the trim ledges dusted. Because it was dirty, it made me wonder if the sheets and pillowcases were actually laundered. That doesn’t feel good. This was my second time staying here but I will reconsider on my next visit.
