Great pool and hotel staff helpful

Close to airport, easy in & out to and from downtown Omaha. Clean room, AC blows cold, shower pressure good. Overall, nice place to stay.

Nice Location

The pool area was good. Nice size pool and hot tub was also decent size. Lots of kids playing and adults enjoying as well. Hotel was a little noisy but was expected with the kids. Parking was $15 a day, saw some tickets on cars who didn’t follow directions. The restaurant was nice, the help wasn’t so helpful but the night waitress was very nice! There’s a yogurt shop as well. Pricey but was expected. Would stay again!

If you can stay somewhere else, DO! The staff was terrible. We waited test goes to get into our room because it hadn’t been cleaned and it took that long to figure out. The pool was freezing and there were no towels. When we asked for towels, the receptionist, who was laying head down at her desk in the break room, said, I would help you if I can, but I can’t, and laid her head back down. When we asked for a refund, we were told absolutely not and we could pay an early departure fee if we left. When we tried to call the general manager, the front desk just rang and rang, but the receptionist was still laying her head down in the break room. We emailed the general manager with this information and the replay we received was “it’s my understanding you did get into a room, correct ?” No apologies, no trying to make it better, not even proper email etiquette with greeting and closing, just the snarky comment. When we replied with, yes, after nearly two hours in the lobby, we got no further reply. The customer service was an absolute joke! Do NOT stay here!!
