Staff amazing reception staff informed us of everything needed to know very polite.lovely size rooms we had a problem.with ours went to reception and they changed our room immediately. Breakfast staff polite attentive and chatty made aware of all available on the breakfast bars.hotel clean throughout.10/10 from us.looking again for march for our big anniversary definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our holiday stay in Blackpool was great and we had a really enjoyable time. Everything was comfortable and well looked after.
