We stayed overnight for one night. Room was quiet and clean, good location. Some areas showing wear and tear especially the carpet in the hallway. Did not eat the free breakfast only because we have a place in Binghamton that we go. Would stay again

The room smelt horrible. Desk lady tried to find air refresher and couldn’t , so moved us rooms. Smell better, not the best, but better. My sheet I slept in had a tear in the center of the bed and it was a very worn sheet. It seemed this place had a lot of out of town construction workers.

The morning receptionist (marian) was exceptional. The hotel was full, she managed to check out so many customers while in the same time taking care of breakfast. She was very nice to my 2 year old daughter and made her more eggs. The hotel itself is little worn out.

Walking and running on the floor above was very loud. It was as if the ceiling/floor was very thin. Use white Noice from your phone or a sound machine. As a place just to sleep and have something to eat in the morning, it was adequate, especially for only $100 for a week night

Good value overall, just a couple of minor gripes

Good overall. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and the front desk was helpful and friendly. 2 minor issues -- the floors are creaky. So when people above us walked around, it made loud creaking noises. This did wake us up one morning. Also, the free breakfast didn't get restocked regularly, so when we showed up at 8 AM, a lot of the options were totally out and there weren't many choices in terms of what to eat. But beyond these 2 gripes, I feel we had very good value here.

Room met expectations, staff exceeded them.

The gentleman that helped me check in gave a great recommendation for local eats, as I was new to the area and appreciated the help. My room was comfortable, with a few small issues: the toilet rockered, and my upstairs neighbor played music and games until late. (2nd floor can definitely be heard on the first.) I did not address this as I was still ultimately able to get sleep. Breakfast bar was filling, though ran out of eggs before it ended!

Pleasant but could use some work

This was s the second time we've stayed at this property and specifically this room. It has a hot tub in-room which we treat ourselves to occasionally. Check-in is always easy and pleasant. The room definitely needs repairs and renovations. The room is very large with the aforementioned hot tub, couch, small kitchenette, bathroom and king size bed. The hot tub is roomy but all the jets do not work. The wall above and to the left is missing paint in multiple spots like it was spackled but not painted. The bathroom door did not lock and the sink faucet was not attached. The TV is fine with the availability to stream but you can only watch it from the bed so if you want to sit in the hot tub and watch TV you have to move the desk it's sitting on
