I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay here! The location, amenities, and features were all top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Love it here, will definitely book again.

I loved the location, very central to everything. It is a very old building, therefore there isn’t any elevators. The front desk is very misleading with their information and is not consistent. They do not tell each guest the same thing. When confronted, the lady (black hair, Asian ethnicity) made the most disgusting face as if I was lying and stated that’s just something to take up with the manager. So, I will. The room lacked decor which made it very bland and sort of creepy. Overall great location.

Overall a good experience. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly! Access from the room to the balcony was definitely a plus! Wish the pool was a little more bigger.

Alternately there was: no air conditioning, no internet, no working phone, no hot water, no food, and people smoking cigarettes outside our room. A real dump. Stay at the Four Seasons if you want to experience actual luxury and service. Stay here if you’d like to flush your money down the toilet and be stressed out for your entire vacation.

The hotel and location are great! Very safe! It’s the staff that make this hotel more than 5 stars. Everyone that works there goes above and beyond. You leave feeling like family!

It was amazing to stay within the museum that is the French Quarter. To wake up in the morning and step outside directly within the Quarter is remarkable. I will note that the age of the property means that sounds insulation isn’t really a thing. If someone comes down the road blaring their stereo at 2am (which will happen), you will hear it loudly. This was my only complaint. Otherwise, the staff were lovely. The property and rooms were lovely and clean. Loved it.
