One of the amenities that it says they have is a hot tub which is not true. They have jacuzzi bath tubs in the suite rooms. One of the rooms had a break in the window that the staff knew about. I had two small children with me. I wish it was more of a concern for the staff. We did get moved rooms which I appreciate. The receptionist was very kind and very easy to talk to!

Buyer’s beware

The bathroom was not clean. Bottom of toilet was dirty. No hot water only warm. Request room service to return for daily cleaning, never came we left the r for 6 hours and go to front desk for clean towels.

Not good at all air conditioner didn’t work well had chips left in room from previous guest Refigerator didn’t work. Horrible then the breakfast was cold and left over room smelled like mold. And to top it off had spiders crawling in the ceiling sadly want be back.

The lobby was very nice, friendly staff. The rooms were not so nice. The furniture was damp and we found a couple roaches. Overall, it was fair for the price. I’ve stayed in much worse.

This hotel has limited staff and needs a good cleaning and updating of carpet, lighting etc. The bed was very comfortable, the pool area was clean, the housekeepers (especially the man) were very helpful. The staff was not friendly except for the male night clerk and the housekeeper. I think they are doing the best they can do with the resources they have, but the whole staff could be friendlier.

It has a very bad smell, like dirty carpet or just old stale smell. For $100 a night, there is no TV in the sitting room. Other TV did not work. Bathroom sink is stopped up. Sheets didn't seem clean to me. Top sheet had a stain on it. I would never stay there again. Just didnt feel clean.

Room was hot. A/c didn’t cool lower than 76° per the thermostat. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. Jetted tub was quite slippery, hard to get in and out of and barely even bubbled. Tv remote back kept falling off. Tv went out and they had to come in our room In the middle of the night to reset it. Although they did it promptly. Our neighbors also played loud music very late into the night, but we managed.
