There were no towels or wash rags in the room. The motel was out of hand soap. The tv had to be programmed EVERY time you turned it off and also randomly as you searched for channels. The toilet paper holder was just hanging on one screw. The girl at the front desk was very accommodating and got us towels and dug around and found ONE bar of soap. She was also very frustrated with how the new TVs were workng

My first room they pot me in was actually still. Beer bottles everywhere makeup on the beds dirty towels bathroom section second room had toe nails everywhere on the floor went to take a shower in the morning before doctor appointment and used bar of soap dirty shower stains on the blankets smelled of cigarette smoke holes in the wall no toilet tissue used lotion and shampoo will never stay here again and offered me a gift bag that only had a small bag of chips wouldn’t discount anything and said it was some from a different country that cleaned the room and that’s why and would make a note of the issue

We expected better for Sleep Inn. First room they gave us smelled so bad that we asked for another. Second room was better although it still smelled like smoke/pet that they were trying to hide. We had to go get bar soaps, outside screen was slashed, pillows need to be replaced, so ugly although they were comfortable. Bathroom is very small, and shower leaked through glass door a lot. Sink faucet was very outdated, and positioned so weird that it wasn’t comfortable washing our faces. Breakfast was good though and staff was friendly

Property looks nice in the photos - but I can assure you it is not, especially once you enter your rooms. Brown stains on walls, dirty and stained carpet, very dusty, and I didn’t feel safe. On a better note, the receptionists up front were the only positive aspects of this hotel - friendly, and accommodating. This hotel should be worth $75/max per night.

Overall facility needs to be remodeled. Furnishings and decor show signs of heavy use and abuse. Person checking out before me reported bed bugs in the room and showed signs of bed bug bites.

Room given was not cleaned yet. Got another room. Internet didn’t work. Front desk didn’t know what to do, just said internet always a problem. No toilet paper in room. Told front desk who said they would be right up. 1 1/2 hours later no show, so I went to housekeeping and got it myself. Next morning for breakfast, coffee machine didn’t work. But at least they had no problem with my prepayment.

The hôtel was overbooked… Not the fault of the hôtel Théy had rooms available but not 2 beds as I requested , so they offered me to cancel or either to book 2 single room (for the Price of two rooms) which is very différent fromage what i booked at 1:00 am with my kids outside that was quite shocking and i had no chance of booking elsewhere because it was after 00:00

Don’t stay here.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke so we moved rooms. The next room was in terrible condition. Filthy floor, stuff splattered up the wall, shower dripped all night, 1 towel for 3 people, no TV remote. Went to the front desk to get a remote and the person working had a visitor there who was visibly carrying a gun and was smoking inside the lobby. Back door was propped open all night.
