The exterior of the hotel, while beautiful (because all of Old Town Riga is incredibly beautiful), conceals elegance. The decorators have expertly emphasized the beautiful historical architecture while maintaining modern elegance. The friendly staff were very accomodating with all our needs. Breakfast was exceptional with a fresh buffet as well as an assortment of hot menu items to order.

This is my third stay at the opera. It is well located near bus & train stations, an easy delightful walk to the old town. The room was an upgrade, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous- just about anything anyone could desire. The staff was particularly helpful . I’ll be back!

Clean room

clean rooms, convenient location, no staff

All great, except the bed was so wide we had to clamber on from the end, no room to enter from the side. Good location, close to the Old Town, though still reasonably quiet. Rooms clean, staff very helpful.

Great location, beautiful room, comfortable bed and linens. Katrina at reception was very friendly! Appreciate the complimentary washer and dryer, very nice amenity!
