Elodie was extremely helpful to us during our stay and so professional. Chose this spot for its location which was close to family. The hotel is a bit dated but well kept. We passed on the breakfast buffet as it was limited (charge was $16.95 + tax) and not as appealing as say, the Hampton Inn breakfast. But overall we had a pretty nice stay.

The room was clean and in very good repair. Best of all down at your bar Lisa the bartender's did a fantastic job of keeping myself and my friend waited upon without being there constantly. They did a fantastic job down there.

Overall my experience was pretty good. Mouna who helped checked me in was super nice and extremely professional. The bed was comfortable and the room is clean. The only 2 downsides is that appliances coukd be more updated specifically the bathroom and the elevators and I was having problems with my room key. I had to get like 4 different sets of keys and calling maintenance wasn’t really much help but maybe it was the room I was in. Really good location. Overall I will stay again

I checked in through Expedia I am also a member of Holiday Inn club. I told the gentleman he said he would not give me credit for this day didn't appreciate it the night before I stayed at a Hilton I did the same thing there told him I'mma help remember and they extended the things that they would to any other member and thank you for staying there. Don't understand why Holiday Inn would not give me credit for this day?
