The pool was closed. The staff was unwelcoming. The fridge was broken. The shower had mold. The ice machine was broken. No vending on site. Gym discounted pass was not honored. AC worked well. Bed was soft.

Did not stay. Rooms smelled like smoking. Allergic to smoking. Also pool not open. Was not told pool would not be filled. They said we would not be charged for leaving.

The Lodge at Cloudcroft
Historical Hotel in a beautiful location. The sunset views from the tower were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. We were planning to stay one night, but stayed a second night!!!
