The entire staff was amazing and the inn was beautiful, we will definitely be back

This holiday apartment was very dated, dark, and had a damp smell. The pull-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible for anyone to get a good night’s sleep. The walls were paper-thin, so we could hear everything from our neighbors, including footsteps, and toilets flushing. As a family with a young child, we felt like we had spent three days in an assisted living facility rather than a vacation resort. The staff in the main office were friendly, but unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can say about our stay.

The cabin and grounds are well-maintained. The pool was crystal clear and the slide was a nice addition. Gorgeous views!

Room Was clean and staff was friendly

The king deluxe suite was large enough for a family. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to cook meals. The in room jacuzzi was comfortable for two. The outdoor pool was large and there were plenty of lounge chairs for the guests. The indoor pool was large as well, though a bit noisy. The views were very nice and the location is relatively close to Williams town, Pittsfield and Lenox. Lots of museums and other sights in the area. Overall a very nice location for long weekend or a full week.
