Great stay!

The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed.

Room not clean, terrible bedding worn out mattress, we left with back pain from very bad mattress. Pull out desk shelves were not cleaned. Bad pillows no firmness at all. Definitely will not book this site again.

The apartment was so nice and clean. It was a little confusing on how to get to the unit but the host was very respectful and helpful via call/text message throughout the entire stay. I will definitely be looking for more Landing properties to stay at.

This was my second stay at Hyatt House and the room that we had was excellent. The free breakfast is very good and had a lot of things to choose from to eat. My only complaint is the lack of parking there. We went to visit family and got back late and there was no place for us to park. We had to park across the street in a parking spot that was for local businesse that was closed for the evening. When we stayed there before we did not have that problem. There were a bunch of spots there but they were for the apartment complex that's nearby. The front desk said if we park there we'll get towed. I'm very glad I asked the front desk about those spots. They have a "C" on them which I thought meant compact car parking. So I moved my car across the street.
