Terrible customer service. Took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check in at 4 in the afternoon. There were 5 of us, the room had 2 towels so we asked for 3 more so we could all have separate towels for showers and we were asked why we needed more and after saying because there were 5 of us we were told "next time bring your own towels so you dont have this problem." Pool hours show it closes at 10 but we were told it closes at 8pm. The pool was freezing and the water was so foggy, the size spider we swam with the first night should of told us everything. They wouldnt provide more pool towels. They didnt clean the pool area at all in the 4 days we were there. We were Told room service wasnt offered and they werent kidding.. If you had a full garbage you had to bring it down and ask for a new bag. The room wasnt properly cleaned. Fridge didnt work. Lobby is pretty and welcoming but past that its not at all worth the price we paid for our stay. 10/10 wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone, this is the first one weve stayed in that I wouldnt recommend and weve stayed in ALOT of hotels.

Property was under renovation, so it was a little unorganized. Rooms were nice. We didn't have toilet paper or towels stocked in the room. We like the location.

It was beautiful no complaints.

We enjoy older hotels that are created from disused warehouses, or mills etc. rather than the cookie-cutter modern versions, as plush as they may be. That is why we are attracted to the Magnolia Hotel. The hotel has a nostalgia to it and we appreciate the spacious feel of the property, its furnishings and layout.

This is the second time staying here and enjoying the large seating area! They have a small, but nice bar, that does have food options, it’s very close to a lot of dining options! I like to get the room with the balcony! It’s clean and very comfortable and they have a nicely stocked marketplace! Bonus fast elevators!
