Arrived and didnt get the room i originally reserved. Get to the room there was a milk and wash cloth laying in front of microwave, lo g black hairs in bathroom floor, black stuff all over floor, all around the shower on the walls were inches of dust, and the beds were not the best. There was an almost empty roll of toilet paper, i call the front desk and they tell me to come get it. There were two wash cloths and towels. I had to chase housekeeping down to get some each day i was there. The breakfast on Monday was barely anything. A few eggs and hashbrowns. No worker in sight. Had to ask for help at the front desk because the workers were outside smoking. We visit two to four times a year and this is the first time we have not enjoyed our stay here
This was here as soon as I opened the door. A wet washcloth and milk.

There was four guys outside the Fri t doors when we went to check in clearly smoking pit it carried into the lobby area which is a huge turn off.

Property is definitely in need of a major cleaning and updates. The rooms are a pretty good size but the floors move and squeak. Toilet did not flush properly..front desk guy couldn't be found for around 20 minutes when checking in around midnight.. we left in the morning before breakfast was ready.

We had a few issues and had to switch rooms at 11 pm, then our new room didn’t have heat working so it was cold all night. We told the staff and they offered to move us a third time but we ended up staying in that room. Staff was great, rooms not so much.

The rooms were pretty clean. Breakfast menu was minimal and the coffee machi e broke in the morning and there was mo coffee. However, the did provide more packages for the room coffee pots.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and they did not have coffee any morning that we stayed. They said they were working on it - they should have purchased some for the customers. Also the breakfast had no fruit - fresh or otherwise, Also the sheets on the bed did not fit and they would come of during the night. Not fun.

This property probably shined in its day , but the sun has set. Everything is run down, dogs everywhere in at least the first floor, carpets worn out, furniture stained/worn out, room smelled like smoke(?), smoke detector wrapped in plastic, bathroom door trim missing, on and on.

Didn't have this good time as normal I've stayed here several times before but there was no eggs and I never brought no more out at breakfast the bacon was undercooked the apple juice was needing change they never changed it there was rust on the shower pole that holds the shower curtain up they didn't tell me they didn't have a hot tub anymore when I called to make the reservation they told me yeah that it was up and running and in fact there is no hot tubs on the location at all to be used and then they gave me a room that the door didn't want to latch and it smelled really bad in the hallways and it looked kind of outdated overall not a very good
