The exhaust fan sounds really loud and lots of cracks and holes on the wall.

No air conditioning and it was in the high 80’s, which made it hard to sleep. Coffee maker with no filter’s and reception staff not very helpful. For price of room, I was expecting a little more. Beautiful views and loved the horses.

The Virginian Lodge rocks. It has everything including a drive in liquor store that also sells to-go breakfast sandwiches. It has 2 restaurants, a bar, complimentary s’mores for the fire pits, hot tubs and a pool and the rooms are great. Location rocks, truly a 10/10!

The staff and location were great. That’s really the only good thing I can say about this place. The walls of the room were paper thin and the AC unit was so loud. I’m very thankful for the ear plugs that were provided in the room (seems like the noise issue has been a problem in the past.) Not enough parking and the parking lot itself was way too tight. I’ve never seen such a small bathroom in my life. You couldn’t even get in the shower if the door was open because the door almost touched the toilet, blocking access to the shower. Nowhere to put shampoo and conditioner in the shower, so I put them on the toilet since it was so close anyway. There was a two inch lip on the tub so the floor flooded every time I showered. Breakfast buffet closed 30 minutes early one morning.

It was a very lovely room. Just the right size for 2 people.
