Best Western has come along way from what I remember. Our room was immaculate. The ladies at the front counter were very friendly, and the breakfast lady kept everything well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was super friendly & I was even asked by the lady if I needed help toting my luggage up the stairs. Front desk gentleman very polite & friendly. Now for the rooms, apparently a/c was down, thankfully for the fan in my room they left me & the windows open for a cool mountain breeze later into the night. Felt like camping basically & to be fair I didn't ask for refund or to move to a different hotel. Everything you can tell is cleaned but not maintain. Obviously very old hotel but could use a face lift. The mountains & atmosphere of the town makes up for it ultimately.

Hotel was clean. Check in quick and easy. Close to many shopping and eating. Room clean, felt safe. Breakfast had hot options. Family trip.
