We stayed for a week, and it was an amazing place. The food is top notch, the must try is their tsuivan, pizza. One of the best service staff we have experienced, Saihna was kind and attentive to us. Last but not least, Annad, our tour guide at the resort have taken care of us meticulously throughout our whole stay. We have such wonderful memories created together. Looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended!

Staying at this resort was a great experience. The gers were comfortable, well decorated, and clean. The restaurant had excellent food with an attentive waitstaff, and the facilities offered great value for money. Additionally, the tours and taxi services provided were excellent, with skillful and knowledgeable drivers that made the experience extra memorable.

The owner was exceptionally helpful at getting us everything we needed from transportation, food and excursions. The food was excellent with a lot of variety. Also, the location was amazing with hiking in every direction surrounded by mountains. Although the sun went down very late in the summer, the stars were amazing. The weather was quite hot the first few days but became excellent after the rain. There is a lot to do in the area. The hardest part is getting there as there are no paved roads. The taxi driver did get lost going to the resort. Everyone we met from the staff and other guests were super nice and friendly. My children also made great friends.

司馬遼太郎の書いているモンゴルの星空を体験するために、モンゴルの草原で4泊することに決めました。 こちらのホテルを選んだきっかけは連絡のスムーズさです。 いろいろ聞きたいことがあったので、Hotels.com のメッセージ機能を使って質問しましたが、すぐに回答がもらえて、わかりやすかったので安心できました。 空港からの送迎もお願いしました。片道55ドル。もし空港で会えなかったらどうしようと心配でしたが、きちんと待っていてくれました。帰りのドライバーさんは、空港で降ろすだけでなく、チェックインカウンターのある階まで一緒に行ってくれたので、すごくありがたかったです。 空港で自分でタクシーに乗るより、ホテルにお願いした方が確実で良いと思います。 ホテルは部屋も広く、きれいに整頓されています。シャワーの湯量も十分です。 スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで親切なので居心地がよい。特に日本語の話せるウェイターさんに滞在中ずっとお世話になりました。彼のおかげで滞在中快適でした。彼がいなかったら、言葉の面では本当に困ったと思う。書ききれないほどの感謝でいっぱいです。 レストランの料理もおいしいです。朝食を3回食べましたが、全部違うメニューで提供してもらえました。 モンゴルの星空を体験したいという私の希望のために、特別なショートトリップも企画してもらえました。おかげで天の川もきれいに見られました。ホテルの庭からも降るような星空と、たくさんの流れ星が見えました。 来年また是非再訪したいです。

【清潔さ・アメニティ】 施設は概ね清潔です。共用のシャワールームとトイレに関しては気になる人もいるかもしれません。また、バスアメニティはシャンプーしかなく、ドライヤーはありません。朝も何故かシャワーを使えない（水が出ない）です。 【レストラン】 レストランは手頃な料金で様々な料理を楽しめますし、どれも美味しいです。また、プランによりますが、無料の朝食が付いていました。 【ホスピタリティ】 英語が話せる男性や日本語が話せる若い男性もおり、ホスピタリティは素晴らしいと思います。 【その他】 追加で1人あたり150ドルを支払えば遊牧民との触れ合いやテリルジ国立公園を巡るツアーに申し込めます。そのままウランバートルまで送ってもらうことも可能です。反対にウランバートルの市内からは片道50ドル（車一台あたり）でピックアップしてもらえますが、それ以外の手段でアクセスすることは殆ど不可能です。 【感想】 あたり一体が緑一色の草原でのんびりとした時間を過ごす経験はかけがえのない経験です。デジタルデトックスやリラクゼーションにはもってこいの場所だと思います。もし用がある場合は、レストランにあるWi-Fiで外部と連絡を取ることも可能です。コンクリートジャングルでの生活に疲れた日本の方々には強くオススメしたい施設です。

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage von Resort war sehr schön und ruhig. Die mongolischen Speisen waren sehr lecker. Die Lage des Resorts, etwas abseits der anderen Resorts, war sehr schön. Dadurch konnten wir die schöne Natur sehr genießen. Die angebotenen Aktionen, wie Pferdereiten und Bogenschießen, waren eine schöne Erfahrung für uns. Gerne kommen wir wieder zurück.

①設備のメンテナンスは充分とは言えないものの、トラブル発生時の対応は非常に迅速で良かったと思う。 (入口の鍵の故障。トイレの水漏れ、シャワー水の詰まりなどが発生し、部屋の移転が発生。対応は迅速・丁寧であった) ②片言の日本語を話す若いスタッフがいたので、助かった。 ③所属のレストランの食事は美味しく、安価だと思った。

如果想看一望無際的大草原，這個度假村是理想的選擇，衛生環境比想像中好，但入住前請攜帶可以燒水嘅工具同衛生用品如沐浴露，當地會有地方煮食，但不供應設備，當地的職員英文程度有限，但如果有參加度假村內提供嘅一日遊，那導遊的英文程度會比較高。值得注意嘅係度假村內嘅餐廳提供去食品質素10分好，係屬於西式的蒙古菜。

The staff were friendly and the area is great!

It was raining during our stay for 2 nights so a little bit got boring. We still got a walk around the area and stepped on the grass. The staff were friendly but it seems that the management didn't get on the right way because the only restaurant didn't follow the timetable open all the time. The room got so many problems such as the lock was hard to open with the key every time. I even needed to climbed out from the balcony then walked back to the house door. The 2 nights dinner were lovely and delicious! The chef was so nice and friendly, he always chatted with us with a smile.
