Nice clean room. Nice staff. Just a few parking spaces for hotel residents for $18/night, and street parking was usually occupied, though I was able to find street parking a few blocks away from the hotel. Not far from the Mississippi River where you can sit and view. Would definitely stay again.

When you advertise on your website that you have valet parking, you should have valet parking. When I arrived last night, I was informed that you didn't and that I could park in the lot next to the law firm. When I went over there, the kiosk said that I could pay $15, but that only covered me until midnight. Presumably, I would need to go back out there at midnight to pay again so I wouldn't get towed. Then I noticed that there was a small lot next to the hotel. I was told that that lot was full and that I would have to park on the street. I am a solo traveler. I should not have to walk around at night because I have to park on the street. When I book a hotel, I expect that the information on your website is correct. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known what the parking situation is. Especially not at the ridiculous rate that I paid. Do better. Carpet was nasty in the room. I know this because my socks were brown after walking around in the room.
