The room smelled like cigarettes and my daughter is allergic to nicotine. There were dead bugs in the dresser drawer, cigarettes burns in the bedding and left over food in the fridge. One towel in a double room, no trash bags, remotes didn't work, and the tv and dvr system wouldn't come on even using buttons on the devices.

We didn’t even stay pass check in. As we checked in there were tons of signage which should have been first red flag. we went to our room walked in lightening was almost non existent two lights over beds as bright as a night light. Bathroom was gross pee Stains on toilet and floor. We did not stay. Still waiting for my refund to be approved with hotels.com as they can not get in contact with the property for approval.

The room shown to me as the last room they have available was dirty and not worth a penny. I waited in the car for over an hour after my check in time. I was in the car till 4pm. The Indian lady at the reception was rude and ready to fight telling me in a rude voice that the room is not ready. Oh well, I will never step into this vicinity again. Very dirty environment

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Toilet leaked water all over the floor, lights didn’t work in the bathroom, area was so sketchy, doors didn’t fully close…uhhhh yeah never staying at an Oyo again.

Room was nasty. Hair on the shower walls and floor. Shower curtain, FILTHY! Floor wasn’t clean. Toothpaste and water splashes on the mirror. Wall had disgusting stains! Tv remote had no batteries so tv wouldn’t come on. We asked staff for another remote and never received assistance! No telephone for service! Someone was screaming all night! I don’t recommend this place for anyone to live.

The room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on both bed spreads and dresser. Hole in wall, smoke detector was broken front desk was no help they even posted a note saying that not allowed to change rooms. Says that they have pool and they do but it hasn’t been serviced in years it’s dark green and trash in it. No phone in room so you can’t call the office.

Outside was decent, inside the room was dirty. Roaches, hair on the floor, sheets were stained. Half roll of toilet paper. Thank God I brought disposable sheets and baby wipes. The bathroom door was stuck and we couldn't get out. Looks from the outside are deceiving. Would never stay here again. Do not recommend!!!!!
