"Hop, skip, and a jump......you're on the beach!"
Nice hotel.....the only thing that bothered me was the fact that there is a bus stop right by the front entrance and all day you hear the "God--father" horns honking because the dollar vans have their hustle going on! Other than that.....nice place for a couple to stay at without any children!

"Very peaceful and relaxing hotel"
If you are looking for something different than the west/south coast scene, then this is the place you should stay. Our stay at the Sea-U guest house was very nice. Everything you could ask for if you're looking to sit back and relax. Such a pleasant hotel with great scenery. The staff were also very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends/family.

"Our second stay at the Colony"
We enjoyed our stay during July 13th - 20th. We visited in 2016 during September. I would say the standards are still the same: Great chef at the hotel; the beach area was clean and pleasing; this time we had a room near the pool area which was very nice. The landscaping and appearance at the resort is kept very nicely. The staff was pleasant and accommodating whenever we needed anything or had a question. We would stay again in the future should we come back to Barbados. Overall, if you are looking for an upscale, relaxing resort that is not pretentious or ultra expensive, then we would highly recommend the Colony. We met a number of very nice guests during our stay.

"Very nice hotel on the beach and near to Holetown"
!0 days here, fantastic holiday. Haven't been here for a few years, it is much improved. Could not fault the hotel, its facilities or its location. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly all the time. The resort is kept clean and tidy, and very helpful with arranging out of hotel activities such as dinning around. Various free boat trips and the water taxi combine to make this a very pleasant hotel to stay at.

"Honeymoon Stay"
Prior to arriving, we contacted the hotel to understand all of the room options for our honeymoon (we really wanted an ocean view). We never got a response and ended up with a garden view. The room was clean and set up great! However, the garden view was not as pretty as we overlooked partial construction all day. The beach is beautiful and they have pink sand! But they have a seaweed problem that makes swimming at certain times annoying. Look up when the seaweed gets bad before you go! The staff on the resort was attentive and extremely friendly/helpful. They even cleaned our dishes for us. Some of the staff remembered us from our daily ventures, except for the last day. We went to the Carriage house for lunch and on the last day we were there for 2 hours and they never waited on us. We then had to back to the room and pay for room service. It was a decent stay, maybe not for our honeymoon though. I would recommend for a vacation!

Bathsheba is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Bathsheba, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Bathsheba hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
