Batesville Vacation Packages

The area is very dangerous and poor condition. Part of the hotel a huge portion is destroyed Hotel is extremely dirty, very rundown, and should not be open. This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition. I did not stay at this hotel because of its poor condition I found a different hotel and hotels.com had to refund my money! It was a 3-hour ordeal of the hotel not being able to find my reservation, and then an hour and 45 minutes on line with hotels.com.

The property and room was very clean. The staff very helpful and provided a lot of information about the area. There is plenty of free parking and the continental breakfast was good.

It was very nice and clean. The people were nice and friendly.

The staff was very nice not a problem at all. The area was a little sketchy. Smelt like marijuana right when I got out of my car. The last thing was someone knocked on my door at about 4:45 am didn’t get up to see who it was. May have been the next door over but sounded like it was my door. Kind of scary. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice though.
