Love this hotel and the breakfast they offer

Don’t stay here. They refuse to clean your room even after three days. They brought me new bedsheets and I had to put them on the bed myself.

First time visiting Chicago for leisure (concert). Hotel is on the Mag Mile, at a busy intersection. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accomodating. The manager even allowed me to use his own personal small desk fan for my room. And the young lady at the front desk allowed me to look at 2 different rooms to choose which one I wanted. And they brought me a power strip to use since the outlets on the tables were not functioning. There's a Starbucks directly across the busy street for your morning coffee. The street noise is a bit loud for sleep, however the comfortable bed and sheets almost completely cancels it out. There's an Italian restaurant on site, and the gnocchi was delicious. Fairly simple and short drive to both our dinner reservation and the concert venue (Salt Shed). Only other downsides are valet parking is pretty steep, about $80 for in-out option each day. And the bathroom in our room could have been a bit cleaner (I'm OCD), and could have had more surface space for our things. But for the price, we had a wonderful stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the Loop. Walking distance from most Chicago attractions and great restaurants. Breakfast was so-so but we found an amazing brunch place a 5-min walk away. One bad part was the room cleanliness. Though the beds were made and towels were changed daily, the room and the bathroom remained dirty. I found toenail clipping on the carpet by the curtains when we first arrived and it was still there when we left. The bathroom mirrors weren’t cleaned from splashes, the shower wasn’t cleaned and the sink got darker with grime every day. Lots of room for improvement.
