Old hotel but very nice room!

the room is cleaned daily daily change of towels and daily refill of shampoo, body wash and conditioner

Great place to stay and close to all the good shops if you want to walk. Pool was amazing and the beach is right there also. Will stay here the next time we come.

Loved everything, favorite thing was the breakfast. A variety of good food. && the staff EVERYWHERE were exceptionally nice and helpful

Air conditioning wasn't getting cold, maintenance came & still same out come. Staff at me & my family breakfast was really terrible. I had my 2 daughter, one of them is under a year old the other 3 yrs. Being rushed to eat/put my food due to time was unacceptable. Glad Ms Perez was able to help resolve the issue. Just know i wont be staying here until these things get cleared up. Good luck .

Beautiful outdoor pool area

I like everything in the hotel, the view was incredible, except no doorman. When I arrive to the hotel at 7pm Friday there was nobody at the door or vale or anybody in the visible part of the foe. I parked the car in front of the entry to check if I am in correct place. The entry doors are sensing to open less then a feet. So if you are walking fast you may crash in to the doors. However, the hotel is amazing regardless the issues I have mentioned. I would return
