My hotel room bathroom had mold in the shower. The bathroom was extremely dirty. They didn't want to move me. They told me they couldn't switch me Because I was gone. They won't refund my money even after me telling them I would not stay in the room. They got air fresheners in the middle of the hallway Trying to mask the Smell when the whole hotel smells horrible. The breakfast area was extremely nasty. Food spilt all over everywhere. The lady that was assisting me was touching The food with her hands and talking on her cellphone as she was fixing breakfast. The Food service area was also Filthy. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND A STRAY DOG TO STAY THERE!!!

This is a very charming hotel and the staff is great. Our room was extremely comfortable, quiet and very clean. Would definitely stay here again no question. There is a hot breakfast buffet, which is just OK. That was the only thing that needs improvement. Everything else is terrific.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing and the knowledge of the local scene by the staff was excellent. Would recommend Everytime.

Our room was alright. Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all and I had to go to the desk to get sheets and more TP for the room. While there I overheard another guest complaining of a “bunch of bed bugs” in their room. Their room was on the first floor under us, so I was a bit worried we’d have them in our room too but I didn’t see any while there. Thankfully I heard that the last night of our stay and not the first. You must enter to parking lot through the gas station lot. It’d be nice if there was clearer signage for where to enter to get there.

Room was clean. hotel itself was clean. Pool was gross, Very cloudy water, standing in 3ft section of pool - couldn't see foot at the bottom, pee smell in pool room, pool floor was dirty, feeling sick after in pool. Staff wasn't very nice when checking in, (Morgan) seemed like we were wasting her time. Checking out was okay, lady was nice. Lots of parking lot parties. Was worried our vehicle was going to get hit with fire works or fire crackers or booze cans, etc.

Overall the hotel has helpful front desk staff and very convenient parking. However, the room cleanliness is really below the usual standard of DoubleTree (e.g. small pieces of trash on the bathroom floor and stains on the beddings can be easily spotted…).
