I will not stay here again. We were given a room on the third floor. Stepped off the elevator and was welcomed with a stink smell. Our room had the same stink smell. I called front desk to ask to be moved since I could not be refunded and the hotel was already full, but he did offer to come spray the room with Lysol. Spraying would not be enough to suit me. No one should have to walk into their hotel room and have such a foul odor welcoming. I purchased bleach cleaner and Lysol and cleaned my bathroom and sprayed the bed for germs. I’ve stayed at a Sleep Inn (2 others times) and my experience was not bad over the years. I had a bad stay at the Buffalo, NY airport location.
