We had a very good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice and very accommodating the only thing that was a little disappointing was that the hot tub did not get hot.

We had a wonderful time during our stay here; everything was spotless, and the woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also loved the happy hour they offer, and the breakfast was fantastic. If I'm in the area again, I will surely return.

Sofa Sleeper was broken as well as the window shade (could not be opened). This hotel is pretty clean but obviously needs updates. Every hotel door is scuffed up and unsightly

The breakfast is almost non-existent. Property is majorly run-down. Rooms need updating, BADLY! With so many other options to stay in Alice, we won't stay here again.
