From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff members. Property was extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was grab and go but delicious. Location was walking distance from everything. We were there with our 2 adult kids and we all loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and great rooms

Great location. Easily walkable to Main Street attractions and water. Very friendly and helpful staff! Our queen room in main house was cozy and well supplied with toiletries, which was a nice surprise. Our second night was a queen room in the annex building was nice but not as cute and cozy. I would highly recommended if you are looking for a low key, clean, quaint cozy location and room.

We had such a pleasant stay here! The place was impeccably clean, and you literally had everything you needed. I had to ask for an extra blanket, and it was brought to me right away. The breakfast was delicious and the snacks were great and even had some gluten free options. The young lady at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart, helpful and so knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the Inn Keeper was not that friendly and definitely did not give a warm welcoming "vibe" so that was a bit disappointing. However, it is still one of my favorite places I've stayed!

The place was very comfy and clean. It is close to the Acadia national park entrance and about 15mins from bar harbor downtown (not too bad but not super close but since everyone has a car, it's not inconvenient. The host was pretty responsive over messages however there are a few things that either we missed or weren't mentioned. There is no air conditioning in the living area where the sofa bed is. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No dishwasher. They have a common laundry area which we found convenient with a baby and they had a pack n play and high chair which weren't advertised which was also great. The checkout is 10am which is a bit on the earlier side as compared to other places we stayed. And last, they want you to treat it like an Airbnb and clear your trash.

This was a fabulous property with lots of personal touches. Great breakfast, afternoon snacks and trail mix.
