The Bangor Inn is an older property with features one doesn't see at a large chain hotel. This is the first place I have stayed with a teal bathtub and toilet! Our room was quiet and comfortable. Furniture in the room was a bit worn. The small fridge was underneath a table so it was awkward to access. The highlight of the Bangor Inn is the hot breakfast. Staff dish up fresh scrambled eggs, sausage and beans. There is a variety of donuts, muffins and breads, yogurt, bananas and pineapple, cereal, juice, coffee, and a waffle machine.
The teal bathtub has a 1960s vibe.

That 70's Hotel

We went to this hotel because of the reviews and they were accurate. The property is clean and the staff outstanding. Our room seemed to be a slice of the 70's. Loved the push button phone! The blue tub and toilet was a picture out of my childhood and the round toilet brought new perspective on aim. In spite of all of that, would we go there again. YES!

Great central location with several restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast at hotel was great and the staff serving breakfast were so friendly and nice. We would definitely stay here again. It is an older hotel but very well taken care of.

Somewhat of an “old school” property with actual metal keys and showing its age, but delightful staff and very good hot breakfast. Hot coffee is good, and the eggs are fresh, not powdered like many other hotels that serve breakfast! Plenty of room in the two bed accommodation, plenty of easy and free parking.

I found this motel clean, comfortable, and more than adequate at a very reasonable price. I felt like I was in a time machine and had been transported back to the 1970's or 1980's with decor, especially the bathroom. But that was for me charming. The television was new and very good, and the wifi worked very well. I was waiting for Thelma and Louise to come through the door and greet me.

The free, fresh breakfast buffet was fantastic! So many options to choose from. We loved the snacks provided in the lobby throughout the day! The staff was fantastic and very helpful! We will definitely be staying here again! We loved the suite and the option of having 3 beds and 2 bathrooms in the room! That was probably my favorite part! The only thing I would recommend is to have more plugs in the rooms along with patching and replacing the current outlets. Other than that, this place is fantastic!
