The rundlestone lodge receptionist was not very friendly and welcoming. Made me feel untrusted and disliked. There is stains all over the carpets. The elevators are gross and slow. Stains on the carpet in my room. I had to rinse the dust and hair out of the tub. The base board paint is all chipped and dented. The wallpaper was peeling in more the tree places. The ceiling tiles were mis aligned the tv remote was broken and the tv was from 2000. The mirror was cleaned poorly. I was disappointed with the cheese and cracker platter, for $25 it could be presented on a nicer player and wrapped with something other that Saran wrap. Very disappointing for $700 a night. That’s Banff though I guess

We stayed in a jacuzzi room and really enjoyed it — the room itself was very nice and relaxing. The hotel overall is a bit outdated and could use some updating in certain areas. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but it wasn’t a huge issue for our stay. Overall, a decent experience.

Stayed at Rundlestone Lodge for 3 days and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were super cozy after long days exploring Banff. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. We loved having the pool and hot tub to relax in, and the location was perfect, close to Banff Avenue but still quiet. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy stay and I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The room is very good. A bit of a problem with the tub but everything is okay. Staff, were very friendly especially the Filipina Lady on the front desk. Very accommodating and helpful. And most importantly it's a pet-friendly hotel and it's an A for me. Will definitely come back.
