Good position for walking to downtown. Nice spacious and clean rooms. Pool and jacuzzi were used daily. would have liked a coffee/bistro facility, but excellent restaurants next door and over the road, as well as plenty of options in downtown to suit all budgets. And great underground parking!! We had a pleasant stay.

I booked this hotel based on a previous stay a few years ago. The restaurant is closed and the credit voucher is used at offsite restaurants. The room was ok, clean. Sink is outside of the bathroom in the main area which is not ideal when travelling with several people. It was ok but I would probably lol at others options next time

Great hotel for visiting Banff. The underground parking is gold. I just would appreciate if they had herbal tea aside from the black cafinated one they provide.

We’ve stayed here before and this time there was a noticeable downgrade this time staying. Upon arrival, the main windows were completely cracked. We paid extra for this room for the jacuzzi and the jacuzzi wouldn’t drain which meant we couldn’t use it as much as we would have liked to and the reason we booked the room. The wallpaper in certain places was peeling from the walls as well. It was super disappointing this time around there and even worse that we paid extra for this room that had so many issues with it.

Probably due to being off peak season but the price was amazing for a one night stay. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, had an indoor pool too. Everything just perfect.

The lodge didn’t have the lounge open , the ceiling had black mold or lint all around the fans, walls looked like they were piling and the cocking in the bathroom was bright yellow and missing in spots. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean, hand soap and lotion were pleasant smelling and good coffee. At the time of arrival when we entered our room the was a ladder in the way and ceiling tiles removed and out of place - not a huge deal but rooms should be ready for guest. Some staff was more helpful than others when it came time to asking questions about activities and what was available or open.
