Underground parking was awesome and so was the free roam tickets that the hotel provided free of charge. The carpet needs updating but the room in general is clean

Overall nice experience. Just wish coffee could be improved as it was a bit acidic, so I mostly had proper coffee outside later. Hot tub was nice with mountain views, best to go in the morning when it is quiet.

Pool staff. The gentleman checking the pool and hot tub was amazing. When the hot tub wasn’t hot enough, he checked it, added water and ensured it was warm enough.

The air conditioning/heating system in my room was extremely hot, and despite trying to adjust it, the temperature remained unbearable throughout the night. Because of this, I wasn’t able to sleep well during my stay, and the excessive heat caused my blood pressure to drop every night. I also developed a skin rash due to the dryness and heat in the room. Overall, it was a terrible experience and far from what I expected.
