I like that the place was quiet and accessible to all. Although the hotel was quite old... its clean. Everything worked fine, the aircon, the fridge, the microwave, the tv. The bus stop was nearby. They even gave us complimentary bus passes that we used throughout our stay in Banff. We can also walk from there to downtown which we did a couple of times. It was a nice stay I can say.

The property is beautiful. The furniture in the rooms are from the 80’s. Very clean, comfortable bed & easy access. The carpets need replacing. The jacuzzi did not work.

Was a bit dubious after reading reviws but decided to stay here(1 bad for every 10) but we had a lovely stay. Would definitely stay here afain. Close enough to town but nice & quiet

The hotel is pretty average overall. It’s definitely outdated and could use some improvements, especially when it comes to the mattresses and small details like the shower curtain, which was worn out. That being said, I think you mostly pay for the location which is a big plus , it’s within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and everything you might need

This hotel was a good choice for us since Brewster Express picked us up the next morning for a trip to Calgary Airport. Also, Banff Everyday Tours was able to drop us off here after our tour to Lake Louise & Moraine Lake and other points.
