The location is great. It’s off the main road, so it’s quieter, especially at night and within a 10 minute walk of anything in Banff, and easy drive to Banff springs hotel and sulphuric mountain. Their driveway is heated, so never a concern of snow causing issues in or out of car park. 😊👍

The room size was good..I booked The junior suite..so had a microwave refrigerator, utensils a kettle..I really Enjoyed my stay there..didn't have an iron though..but on the whole loved it..very close to downtown..Very walkable.. close to the bus stops and all the shops..definitely recommend

Everything was great! Location, courteous staff, cleanliness, and amenities. Only drawback was no pool or bar/restaurant on site but we found it wasn't a problem and the free use of Banff Park Lodge facilities was very convenient. Will definitely stay again!

Peaks is a relatively new property in Banff and I had a good stay - mostly because of the amazing housekeeping staff. They cleaned my room every day for a 4-night stay which is unheard of in 2025. The property is also within a short walk to most of Banff’s best restaurants and transit options. Where my experience fell flat was with the overall maintenance of the facility. Peeling caulking and trim in the bathroom, and a draft from the balcony door that left the HVAC running constantly were detractors - and surprising in such a new building. Furthermore, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend Peaks to business travellers as the rooms don’t come equipped with a desk. 5 stars to the people running it, 3 to the place.

The overall experience was good. The room was clean and new. The parking fee seems excessive since there isnt really an option except to park under the hotel and you have to pay $18/night. Additionally, we went to the pool and it is across the street. It was super busy and it was very loud even during "quiet time." The change room area was extremely small and i was not going to walk across the road in the cold in my bathing suit. Different story if you were staying in the host hotel.
