Beautiful property! Perfect for our family to stay during a wedding weekend. The home is exceptionally well maintained and easy access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer! The gardens were incredibly pretty and we understand why the home has been named Hummingbird Haven!!

We travelled with 2 large suitcases therefore the room was completely unpractical, you could not open both cases in the room without completely limiting any space for movement. The rooms have little natural light and I was disappointed with the small things ie. no supplies of cotton pads etc. and the policy of rooms not being cleaned unless requested on WhatsApp. This should be a given in a hotel. We were booked to stay 2 nights but found ourselves leaving and checking in to an alternative hotel for the 2nd night, the receptionist was not sympathetic to this matter. I would also add don’t rely on using the bikes which were ‘complementary’, I am guessing there is 2 allocated to the hotel as they were never available.

This is a nice option for Santa Barbara. Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff.

The rooms and staff were amazing.

The property is nice and clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot inside, overall had a nice stay.

Great location. Good property. Loved the cookies at the all day coffee bar. Only issue was the sink were not draining fast.
