Started out the first room they gave us had food on the floor with bugs crawling on it, got another room that was cleaner but had issues. Shower curtain needs replaced, had mold on it, outlet on one side of the bed would not work, ice bucket was dirty, hair on bed and in bathroom sink and shower walls. We stayed for 2 nights and when we got to hotel for second night our cards would not open any door. Went to the desk and waited 10 minutes for someone to come. They have a door bell at the desk but it didn’t work. The young man working the desk said sorry they sometimes silent the door bell. The next morning we got up 7:30am to get breakfast before heading out for our 12 hour drive home but breakfast was not ready. The young man said the cook didn’t show up so it would be 8:30 or 9 before breakfast would be ready. There wasn’t even coffee made. Will definitely never stay there again! The you g man working the desk was very nice and when we got to the hotel at 7pm he was working and he was still there working that morning trying to get breakfast figured out.

The only odd setup in the room is that the heater/AC unit was located in the bathroom and blew the air through the door. I would get a different room next time.

Cleaning: this hotel needs a good cleaning! The smoke smell filled our room and apparently it’s a non smoking establishment. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Beautiful location, bedding nice, helpful staff, convenient parking right in front of our room. Room had coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Hotel lobby had coffee/tea but no breakfast. Have to travel for breakfast. Room had only one chair and a low small table. An additional chair would be good. Staff had no control but one person hogged the coffee machine and used the last drop of coffee without letting staff know. It was annoying but beyond staff control.
