I stayed multiple nights at this hotel, and the experience was quite disappointing. The first room had no air conditioning and a noticeable odor; staff mentioned it might cool down, but it didn’t improve. The second room was slightly better but had an even worse smell. The third room, billed as one of their best, was far from impressive. Better air filtration systems would have helped with the persistent odors, and a renovation to update the tired rooms is badly needed. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool was a highlight, though umbrellas for afternoon shade would be a nice addition. However, having to check in at the pool and the extra charge for any visiting guests felt inconvenient and unreasonable compared to other hotels. The location was convenient for nearby attractions, but the closest Starbucks being drive-thru only was annoying—it was quicker to walk than drive. Overall, the stay was lackluster, and the hotel needs significant improvements.

The hotel is beautiful but the bed was very hard and there was a machine in the room that was very loud during the night! We thought it was the fan for the AC/ Heat until we got up in the morning and realized it was something else. Maybe a dehumidifier or air cleaner of some kind. Also even with a map with room numbers, it was confusing to get around the building. We didn’t have time to check out the spa but it looked very nice!

The room was large with a sitting/TV room addition. Queen beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Minus was the cycling of A/C unit, which was loud enough to disturb sleep. Plus was good on-site dining, which allowed for early departure. Would recommend requesting a quieter room, more distant from the air-handler.
