The rooms are old/dated with insufficient lighting & paper-thin doors. I think that the cleaning staff do as well as they can with their horribly noisy, ancient carts. The air exchange vent was disgusting. The elevators are on their last leg/cable. Lastly, the staff at the "bar" & hostess for the restaurant was clearly not happy about actually waiting on a customer. The restaurant (The Cut) had less than 20 customers, but I was told that there would be at least a 45 minute wait. When I asked why, since it was less than 25% full, the response was, "well, we'd have to get everything together". I had to laugh.

Great location, middle of the action. Room was clean, but not particularly large. The two double beds were on castors that don't lock, so they moved around a bit. Nice gym, nice comfortable lobby. Stored bags for us which was nice service.

The hotel is in a great location, all key locations are easily walkable. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was also upgraded which was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room wasn’t serviced and when we asked for it to be serviced as we ran out of fresh towels, it wasn’t. We had to ask again and it was finally serviced the night before we checked out. It was like we were forgotten about.
