Room had a smell in it.

the room was dirty, stains on the sheets and pillows, hair in the shower, stains on towels, & BED BUGS!!!!

It was a decent hotel, but a couple things came up that made me not want to return. The room smelt musty and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom, and we even found a baby cockroach as well. Unfortunately it was found the morning we were checking out, otherwise we would have requested a different room. Other than that, the staff was great and the breakfast had a good selection.

Windcreek Montgomery is a great place to visit and win lots of money at! Staff is always helpful, the place is always clean. 10/10 recommend

Our room smelled like weed, blankets were stained, pillows looked nasty. My daughter's had a room and there was food that was never cleaned out of their fridge. Our bathroom ceiling had mold. There was no remotes and staff cldnt get us more towels because housekeeping had left for the day. It was nasty

Room definitely smelled clean however it could have definitely been cleaner.

The clerk was helpful and friendly. The bed was clean but the sheets were rough. The room was clean but cheap. The WiFi did not work and there was no pool, when there was a pool advertised. And they accepted cash, we should have walked away then.

The property was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was typical of Hotel offerings. My only complaint is there was an odd musky smell in the halls at times, and the room felt very humid. I'm not saying I would not stay again but would most likely try a different place next trip.
