staff was rude at the front counter. We finally get in the room, and it is beyond gross and dirty. There were obvious signs of neglect. We checked out the next morning. Quality inn still charged us the whole week! Now I must go back and forth it Expedia and quality inn because both are saying "get with the hotel" and got the other people saying "get with Expedia". I just want this nightmare to be over!

The staff person was great. The smell in the lobby, the very bad smell in the elevator, does not greet guests well. The room was better after turning on the AC. Unfortuntely would not recommend this place.

Room was in good condition, with minor things left behind by the previous guess. The workers/staff/management appeared to not be interested in being there. No interest in giving service, or making our stay enjoyable. They seemed to be there because they had to be there.

The room was excellent, and the staff was excellent. I even enjoyed the artwork in the room. The only negative was I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport. I arrived at the shuttle stand at 10:00 pm and the shuttle did not arrive until 10:45. That was truly a bummer, but the hotel stay was very nice and the return shuttle to the airport in the morning was very nice.

I stayed there for a week and I loved how helpful and nice the staff was. They do care about your safety and making sure you’re comfortable. Loved how reasonable the price is too. Will be staying again for sure!

The room was in good condition, breakfast, mediocre at best,only issue we had was with transportation. We weren't sure how late the transport ran or where the pick up was. Attempted to call them to find out, no one answered the phone at hotel. After multiple attempts to contact them with no results, we ended up taking a taxi and paying $30.00 for what should have been free. There excuse for not picking up was, they were probably too busy. Definitely would not recommend hotel or will ever return to this one.

The guy at the front desk seem a little hassle, weren't friendly welcoming. The room was clean 👌 My key card wasn't working so i stood in the lobby hallway for 30 minutes cause Noone was at the front desk, to fix the issue with the key card. Overall it was good, just some improvement needed and friendly customers service needed.
