everything was great but the hot water only worked intermittently. might be dependent on others guests usage or something as it would only come one for a couple mins then cut off for a couple mins. aside from the cold shower it was very nice and is centrally located.

We stayed here recently and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences. When we first checked in, the TV in our room didn’t work. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be up shortly. After waiting about an hour, I called again to ask about switching rooms but was told none were available. When maintenance finally arrived, they couldn’t fix the TV, and only then did we get moved to another room. In the second room, I grabbed a towel only to find it stained and clearly not clean, which was very unsettling. We did enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant, which had a great vibe, good food, and excellent service. Our server even told us about a brunch happening the next day. However, when my husband went down, he was told it was closed due to staffing. Later that day, we saw the restaurant had reopened, but now it was “cards only” for payment—even though we had paid in cash the night before. We also asked about housekeeping and were told it was too late to request service for the day, which added to the frustration.because it was only around 11:00am Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of consistency, poor communication, and issues with cleanliness and service made this stay very disappointing.

The stay was okay! Very nice hotel and the room I stayed in was nice! The issues I had was that the staff was not very welcoming and each time I entered the hotel there was no acknowledgment, greeting, or welcoming attitude. The staff was distracted by their phones or other things. Also, the water in the room started to get cold and never got hot, I called the front desk about it and they did not take my concern seriously or with urgency.

The staff was very friendly, the room and hotel itself if very clean. One thing I dislike is just the location, there isn’t places to eat or not even a convenient store around the corner, you would have to walk 20 minutes or hop on the electric scooter for 11 minutes. Aside from that it was a budget friendly hotel with great service and modern architecture.
