At 11pm, my flight was canceled. I booked this hotel using the "airport shuttle" filter. The reservation said to contact the hotel about the shuttle. After my 6 unanswered phone calls to the hotel using both numbers provided by an Expedia agent and all options on the phone lines, as well as a message through the Expedia website, the helpful Expedia agent Remy was able to contact the hotel using an Expedia company contact method. The hotel said there were no more shuttles for the night and were unwilling to waive the cancellation fees. I took an Uber to the hotel and entered the lobby, where there was a distinct smell of marijuana. In the lobby, I was greeted by the helpful front desk clerk April (she and the friendly morning shuttle driver are the only reason there is a second star) who was fast, professional and helpful. When I entered my hotel bathroom, there was a strong odor of dirty, sweaty socks. It was not coming from my feet (I walked around and checked twice), but from the hotel bathtub, which looked freshly cleaned. It was also not coming from the water, which I also checked. I decided not to shower. I will not book with this hotel again.
