DJ checked us in at the front desk, and he was the most courteous, polite and warm presence. The room is no frills, but everything we needed for a short stay. We didn't get to enjoy the hotel shuttle to the airport or free breakfast, but it was nice knowing the option was there in case we needed it. The front of the hotel in the exterior had some outdoor lights that were flashing, kind of creepy, and very grateful that our room was not near that side of the building because i'm not sure we would be able to sleep well with such a bright flashing light all night through the windows. This stay was short but wonderful. Would definitely come back and recommend to others

I got this hotel last minute after arriving in ATL. The hotel has high reviews from more than 3K. Check in was fast and they let me checked in before 3 pm. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and I like the light fixture in it. The mattress is spring bed, so it makes noise and too springy to me. No complimentary water in the room, but they have marketplace or small convenience store right next to the front desk. You can get water, soda, milk, snacks and laundry detergent. Shout out to Dulce, she is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel provided a roundtrip shuttle from and to the airport, so take advantage on it. Overall, if you need a hotel by the airport with free shuttle, I recommend thos hotel.

No issues with the check-in process or the room, but the shuttle to the airport was frightening. The driver didn't want to put any of the bags in the back where they belong, so we were all forced to hold on to our heavy bags. And he kept packing more and more people in to the point that people were sitting on bags in the aisle, standing, 3-4 to a seat, and one poor guy even had to stand right next to the door, which felt quite dangerous.

Dingy and not well kept hotel. Hallway had an unpleasant odor. Entrance of the hotel was dirty with water puddle. It was not raining. Room was very ok. Bed was good. Bathroom had just the basics
