One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Here is the list of issues: 1. Hotel has a terrible smell all the time. Hallways and stairwells very dirty. 2. Phone in our room didn't work and when we told them they didn't care. 3. Two plugs in didn't work at all in our room. 4. Extremely Low water pressure and took at least four to five minutes for hot water. 5! Shampoo and body wash empty. 6. We had to ask for someone to tidy our room three times before someone came. We were there for seven days and only came the sixth day and just emptied our garbages and gave us fresh towels. 7. Shuttle was terrible. We chose the hotel partly because of the airport shuttle. We flew international and we had to take a separate shuttle to domestic area of the airport. Same with leaving. If we would have known we would have stayed elsewhere. It was supposed to be a convenience and it was the opposite.
