Most staff were very friendly except the breakfast room. Not a lot of breakfast selection and she was not kind if you ask for something. Convention to food and service stations. Room could use some attention. Pull out was very uncomfortable. Room had fridge, microwave and safe. Very loud though with weird noises all night.

The room was great. We were at the end of the hallway which I loved. The place is always cleaned thoroughly. This was my second time staying and it did not disappoint. We will definitely make a return trip to this hotel.

Close to airport, Mr D was cool and helpful. Whitney was helpful and sweet. Swim area need a couple of new lounge chairs. Room furniture had stains, dry wall/paper peeling off near entrance ceiling. Curtains in room stains looked like dry blood. Breakfast attendant was nice

Shuttle service was good and timely, but they changed the start time last minute,from 4 to 4:30am on the day I was checking out. I had time bf my flight but would have put someone in a pickle. Carpeted floors look like they haven't been vacuumed in months. Linoleum floors are sticky everywhere. Bed sheets were clean but old w crazy amount of pilling. Breakfast really wasn't good. Moldy/grimy floor molding in rooms. Overall, just barely makes to 'acceptable'. I would stay again but only if I had to, and sadly, bc you never know these days if the next one would be worse.
