Sonya the breakfast server was phenomenal. Very family oriented atmosphere and the staff is very accommodating. Upon arrival the first room we received the shower rod was hanging down and the door to the room 208 didn’t close properly, gave my family the feel of not being safe. The staff was happy to move us to a new room. The rooms are outdated, the paint on the ceiling was peeling, no trash bags in room a the tv did not work. Overall a wonderful experience because staff were very welcoming and nice but the actual place needs renovations

There was a mix up on the reservation I was suppose to stay at the other Comfort Inn in Smyrma for a family funeral gathering. We were have 4 rooms for 2 nights. Some how when I made the res I accidently booked this hotel. When (as a group) we arrived I was made aware of the mistake. Called the hotel and tried to explain but they would not forgo the one night charge. This was about 1p in the afternoon. It was a very hectic time for my family and a very honest mistake but cost me a night room rate. The name on the reservation is Michael Glowan
