My family and I walked into the lobby it was dilapidated. The from desk staff was impatient, rude, and would not listen. She was also very very slow with helping guests. There was vomit on the hallway floor. The first room smelled bad, the sheets and bedding were stained. The wallpaper in the bedroom was falling off the walls. There were still items from a previous guest in the room. The second room the bathroom walls were dirty, she bedding looked stained. In the third room, the bedding was stained and there was hair on the sheets. The bathroom was dirty and the sink was falling off the wall. The doors for two of the rooms did not lock. One room door was already opened before we got to the room. The cameras were hanging off the walls. Things were held together with duct tape. The back door was too scary/creepy for my daughters to walk through. We did not stay, we are still attempting to get a refund from Hotels.com for one of the rooms. When we were trying to get a refund for the other room, the front desk staff reassigned the dirty room we switched from.
