The people in the room above us were jumping up and down and kept us up all night. We requested assistance from the desk three times and it continued until they finally stopped.

Room was clean easy check in and I stayed in a studio and it was very spacious. Close to stores and malls enjoyed my visit will be back

There was no where to put clothes. Kept clothes in suitcase. Hair was in the sink when we arrived. A piece on shower was broken and laying in floor. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. TV in bedroom would not work. They did come and fix that immediately. Carpet had stains also.

We enjoyed our time as a family at Westin in Huntsville. The enjoyable things were access to restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was friendly. The hotel was overall very nice and clean. Once we finally got in the pool, it was comfortable. The place was extremely busy and the pool was small and crowded the entire two days we were there. There were items of furniture that lacked maintenance. The nightstand had trim falling off. I ordered a mocktail at the bar and after ordering it, realized it was $18 and when it was served, it came in a very small champagne glass. My husband and I were shocked. It was more expensive than 95% of the drink menu. There is a hotel attached that I think shares the pool. I might try it next time because it’s less expensive. The valet drivers were very nice. The space and rocket center was amazing! There was a cafe/Starbucks on the first floor.

Everything was excellent.
