Everything was great: room, staff, breakfast, fitness room, pool. Great stay!

We made a last minute decision to stop on our way home from Orange Beach. We had a minor issue with our sofa bed and it was taken care of immediately and beyond what we expected. The young man working was extremely helpful and courteous. The included breakfast was very good and the coffee was some of the best I’ve tasted at any hotel.

We had an impromptu trip when our friends called and they had already picked the hotel. There was a staff member there but only saw one at check in. No other time. When I called about the wifi not working they gave me a different number to call. This is more of a apt complex over a hotel. Stuff was everywhere and one of the elevators didn't work. The grills did not work, the wifi didn't work, and you were supposed to have a key to get in at all times but the staff just buzzed everyone in, if they showed up. The room was somewhat clean. The sheets were clean. The furniture stained and the floor of the shower was stained. The carpet at the foot of the bed was not so great. There was no ice machine. I was grateful we only stayed one night. We could have stayed somewhere much nicer for less. The staff could care less nothing worked but they were more than happy to charge my card for 100 dollars of amenities that was not refunded when we didn't use anything. Don't stay here. Stay some where nicer for less. The online pictures do not match the place you are staying.

Reserved a room with a king size bed they gave me one with a queen size bed. Went to front desk to acquire about it and she told me the rooms with king size beds was dirty because house keeper didn't come it. The lady was very rude

We stayed here for a few days and the AC in the room was comfortable in July, and there was always parking available in the lot. The daily breakfast provided cereals, various egg dishes, waffle mix, yogurt, breads, etc. the staff was friendly. It was an older hotel but was fine for a quick stay.
