The front desk was VERY nice and helpful when we checked in. We went to our room to unload and noticed a musty smell when we entered the room, and saw a dehumidifier running. When we left to go to dinner, I asked the front desk for air freshener and told them the room had a strong musty smell. They said they would take care of it. When we returned in a few hours, it still smelled bad. After three requests, housekeeping brought us some. I didn't sleep well and was up all night sneezing and coughing. In the morning, with curtains open, I could actually see BLACK MOLD on the glass of a framed picture hanging above my bed. Even though we had booked and paid for two nights, we checked out early, due to health concerns and lack of sleep.

Staff was nice and accommodating BUT if rooms are damp like a tropical rainforest do not give those rooms to guests, Save yourself time and trouble to switch out rooms. Second room was much better. The couch in the first room felt completely wet! I know the property is preparing for a refresh but get a handle on the humidity/water issue. Breakfast was good.

It seems like room hadn’t been used in a while because it had a smell to the room. Humidity was very high and the dehumidifier in the room wasn’t working properly or too small for the room size.

Great staff, but hotels needs work

Had to change rooms twice due to room conditions (smoke, musty smells), but staff was extremely helpful in doing so. Hotel needs to be updated.

Need to fix your mold issues. Rooms well for the most part smell horrible like mold. But I recommend the Jacuzzi room. Didn't smell and so relaxing

The staff was great, can’t complain, but those rooms are not all that great. The first room had mold on the bed skirt and around the edge on the sheets. Then the humidity was awful and had the room smell like urine a little. Then the second room, there was a little mold on the walls and the bed skirt and the dresser look chewed up, and the sheets had little yellow stains in them. We kinda just looked at it as “it’s a cheap hotel, why expect more” but i wouldn’t recommend this to my friends honestly

I stayed almost a week between a regular room and a suite. There are small things that need repair a vent in the ceiling not properly mounted a leaking something inside a locked closet, but, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, a short drive to pretty much everything. Overall great stay.
