The best Holiday Inn Express you will ever stay in. The room and bathroom was huge and very clean, amazing shower head . Dove body products, the bed was so comfortable. The only thing was the WiFi was terrible. Customer service was great. Breakfast was just okay. Overall I would stay here again.

The accommodations were great and the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel isn’t far from town or Hocking Hills. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet. One our first day we arrived early to breakfast and the oatmeal was empty and the pancake machine wasn’t working. On day two there was no bread, no bagels and oatmeal was empty at 845 and breakfast was open until 10. Overall our stay was good, but don’t rely on the breakfast.

Been there before a couple years ago. Not even the plants by the door were kept up.just in pots dying or dead. Didn't refill the coffee in the room. The breakfast they had, was ok . Really not worth the money, Was disappointed this time.

The king room was a nice size, microwave and coffee maker. Nice breakfast included. However on arrival to our room the toilet bowl had a mold ring as if it wasn’t cleaned for a month. The front receptionist came up to clean it. The room is In need of a good cleaning. I’m thankful I always travel with Clorox wipes.

Bed was amazing. Room was quiet and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Pool are was clean and nice. The only downside was breakfast. The kids loved the pancakes. The eggs, oatmeal and such were not that good. Juice was watery and tasteless. Cinnamon rolls were delicious. There were options that were good but there were options that weren’t the best. We chose to do breakfast else where after the first morning. Coffee and hot tea were good. Overall everything was great, we just have picky eaters. We will absolutely stay here again.

The property itself was very nice and the staff were welcoming. My 4 star rating is due to a dog staying a few doors down who kept barking. I get it. Some folks won’t stay at the hotel if their dog can’t stay there. In this case, the dog was left unattended in the room and it’s barking got annoying.
