The hotel overall is nice. It's very near the entrance to the train station of Line 1 of the Busan subway. The staff were friendly, there was a bit of a language barrier if you're not fluent in Korean but with Google translate it works out.

The location is excellent and the room is decent size. The beds were ok and shower worked good,

For the price I paid, it was a shoebox stuffed with 2 beds. The ends of the beds were so close to the wall i had to bend at a 45 degree angle so I wouldn't hit the television. The bathroom was wide enought for a bathtub that I had to step into to get to the shower head. The open vanity with the sink was right next to the bathtub and the toilet was wedged into what little room left. I had to sit at an angle to use it because the toilet paper hangers were digging into my shoulders. The caulk was cracking and paint was peeling all over the hotel. The 2 small elevators had to service the whole building which has many other businesses on the other floors, so that created traffic just to get in the elevators. DON'T PAY for the breakfast. The "buffet", was a couple bowls of soup, rice, somewhat of a salad, rice and seaweek balls, chicken nuggets that looked like they came out of a bag, some cereal and yogurt with food, which was the only thing that I was able to eat. The view was good, but not worth the price of the room. Staff was fine. The pictures online made it seem a lot better than it really is in real life. NEVER AGAIN.

Honestly this is a really great hotel for a night in Seoul. Within walking distance to Myongdong, busy market street below, loved this location! Smoking room (outside) on 5F which felt a lot safer than going down the street alone at night.

Hotel sauna was such a nice bonus.

Great location right on Gwangalli Beach, with lots of bus routes, bars, and restaurants close by, and about 15 minutes walk from the metro station. My room was clean and modern, with a very spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tip: try to get a room at the front of the hotel for a beach view!
