Staff was very accommodating The elevator floor needs replacement

The property was in fair shape but the only problem we had was that here was no heat and it was cold. we had trouble getting a refund for the second night because of the heat problem. Expedia would not give us a refund and after some time the hotel did a refund

Very clean and comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast too!

the views were amazing, but the room smelled bad, like mildew and the furniture was very beat up and stained. there were 2 sinks, but only handsoap at one of them, which was inconvenient. The bar staff was great, the food was expensive and not well prepared...sorry...
